In mee, embalmes mee, that I doe not rott.
This season, as tis Easter, as tis spring
Must both to growthe and to confession bring
My thoughts disposd vnto yor Influence; so
These verses budd, so these confessions growe.
ffirst I confesse I haue to others lent
Yor stock, and ouer-prodigally spent
Yor treasure. For since I had never knowne
Vertue or beauty, but as they are growne
In you, I should not thinke or say they shine

ffor tis some fault, thus much to touch vpon
